Olive & Fig Jam - 60g Jar

This jam is one I highly recommend you try. Fresh figs are marinated in a rich thick liquor then mixed with a combination of black olives, balsamic vinegar and orange juice and simmered over gentle heat until caramelized. Best eaten spread onto crackers with cheese.
