The olives for this product are semi-dried then marinated with capers, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and herbs. The olives set aside to soak up the flavour and covered with our Extra Virgin Olive oil. Spoon the contents directly into your tossed salad or place into a bowl and serve with toothpicks for your guests to enjoy.
